Andy is a seasoned and highly qualified risk management and risk finance professional, with over 40 years of experience supporting FTSE 100 and equivalent organizations. Throughout his career, he has held a diverse range of roles in both employed and consulting capacities, demonstrating deep expertise across regulatory and non-regulatory environments.

Andy began his career in life underwriting and his extensive commercial experience has since spanned multiple sectors—including industrial, international trade, and financial services—both within the UK and globally.

In addition to his corporate roles, Andy is actively involved in advancing industry standards through his contributions to professional bodies and institutes. His commitment to the profession and breadth of experience make him a trusted leader in the field of risk management.

Dr Telbert Glasgow

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Telbert is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the Financial Services industry, spanning both the public and private sectors. He has held senior leadership roles, including serving for many years in Permanent Secretary capacities within the Nevis Island Government, where he played a pivotal role in shaping financial and economic policy.

Telbert holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Southampton in England, following undergraduate studies at the University of the West Indies in Barbados. His academic and professional expertise lies in Financial Engineering and Risk Management, areas in which he has made significant contributions.

He has actively participated in high-level seminars and negotiations covering Corporate Governance, WTO Trade Policy, Utilities Regulation, and Development Banking. His leadership experience includes director positions in banks and energy companies.

Telbert is certified in Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also a student member of the Society of Actuaries, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence.

 

Paul Warren FIA, FCAA

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK), having graduated in Mathematical Economics and earned his fellowship in 1988. He brings over three decades of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, with a career spanning senior actuarial and management roles at leading insurers including Prudential and Sun Alliance.

He later joined the European headquarters of AIG, where he was responsible for financial reporting across Europe, product development, and training actuaries in both technical and leadership skills across ten countries.

Since 1995, Paul has worked as a consultant on a wide range of financial and insurance projects, with a particular focus on start-up and evolving insurance operations. He has collaborated with top-tier consultancies such as PwC and EY, serving as an independent expert and lead presenter on emerging insurance regulations to supervisory authorities in Europe and the Middle East.

For over 20 years, Paul has been deeply engaged in the European and captive insurance markets, acting as an actuary and business/risk consultant to numerous companies across a broad spectrum of insurance risks and geographies. His expertise combines technical depth with strategic insight, making him a trusted advisor in the evolving landscape of global insurance.

 

Alexa Pemberton

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Alexa Pemberton is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and business consulting, serving clients across both islands of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean (ICAEC) and holds the designation of Chartered Certified Director (C.Dir).

Alexa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management. Her career has been defined by a commitment to strengthening financial operations for small and medium-sized enterprises, implementing robust financial systems, and delivering strategic consulting services. Notably, she served as a Fixed Assets Consultant at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, contributing to global financial infrastructure.

Beyond her professional achievements, Alexa is deeply committed to community development. She actively serves on the boards of various non-profit organizations, reflecting her dedication to social impact and civic engagement.
