1. When did you join NPRe? What different positions have you held at the company?
I joined NPRe on the 5th March 2019 as Company Secretary.
2. I believe you have moved to non-Executive Director from Company Secretary. What experiences from your company secretary position do you believe will be useful in your new role?
Moving from company secretary to non-Executive Director means I already have an understanding of how the company operates.
3. Given your extensive experience across financial services, what drew you to reinsurance?
Reinsurance was part of the services the company I worked for offered as well as Captive and General Insurance.
4. What are the biggest changes you’ve witnessed at NPRe in its 10-year history?
The biggest changes I have witnessed is the growth of the company’s capital.
5. What does an average day look like as non-executive director?
An average day as a non-Executive Director would be reviewing documents for the next board meeting.
6. Outside of work, how do you like to spend your time?
Outside of work I spend my time relaxing with family and friends.
